Cancellation Policy


This Cancellation Policy explains how cancellations and changes to your transfer reservation are managed by our service. Our goal is to provide a fair and transparent process that protects our customers while allowing our team to plan transfers safely and efficiently. Please read the information below carefully to understand how cancellations, changes, and refunds are handled.

General Information

We understand that travel plans may change due to ferry delays, weather conditions, or adjustments to your schedule. For this reason we maintain a clear cancellation structure that supports flexibility while ensuring we can prepare your transfer properly. Once a reservation is confirmed a vehicle and driver are allocated and preparation begins for your upcoming service.

Free Cancellation and Refund Policy

You may cancel your reservation free of charge and receive a full refund when the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. This timeframe allows us to reorganise planning, release the allocated vehicle, and update driver scheduling without operational loss.

  • A full refund is provided only for cancellations made 24 hours or earlier before the transfer
  • Cancellation requests must be sent by email, phone, or our online contact form
  • Every cancellation is confirmed in writing by our team

Cancellations Made Less Than 24 Hours Before Pickup

If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time the service becomes non refundable. At this stage a driver and vehicle have already been reserved exclusively for your transfer and operational costs have already been allocated.

  • Cancellations made within 24 hours of pickup are not eligible for a refund
  • Very late cancellations and last minute requests are treated the same way as a no show

Modifying Your Reservation

If you need to change your transfer time or destination please contact us as early as possible. We will always try to accommodate new times or adjustments based on vehicle availability. Modifications remain free when requested early however availability cannot be guaranteed for same day or last minute changes.

  • Modifications are valid only after written confirmation from our team

Ferry Delays and Unexpected Events

Because Andros relies on ferry transportation delays may occur without notice. If your ferry arrives later than scheduled we will adjust the pickup time whenever possible. Ferry related delays do not incur cancellation fees as long as we receive timely updates.

  • Ferry delays do not result in charges when communicated promptly
  • Pickup times may be adjusted to match the updated ferry arrival

No Show Policy

A no show occurs when the passenger does not appear at the agreed pickup point and no communication is received. In this situation the service is considered completed since the driver has already been allocated, arrived on site, and waited for a reasonable period.

  • No show bookings are fully charged
  • The driver always waits for a reasonable time unless instructed otherwise

How to Cancel or Modify Your Booking

You may cancel or request changes to your reservation at any time by contacting us with your name, reservation details, and transfer date. All cancellations and modifications must be confirmed in writing for your safety. You may also cancel your reservation through the “My Reservation” feature at the top of the page using your email and the reservation reference number provided to you by email.
