How do I book a transfer?

You can make a reservation through our online booking system by selecting your pickup point, destination, date, and time. Once completed you will receive an email confirmation with your reservation details and your unique reference number. This number is important for managing your booking later.

How do I manage or cancel my booking?

You may access your reservation anytime through the “My Reservation” feature at the top of the page. Simply enter the email used during booking and the reference number you received by email. You can check your details or cancel your reservation through this system. Changes must be requested by contacting our team.

What is your cancellation and refund policy?

You can cancel your reservation free of charge and receive a full refund when the request is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before pickup are non refundable because the vehicle and driver are already allocated.

  • All cancellations are confirmed in writing

What happens if my ferry is delayed?

Ferry delays are common in the Aegean and we fully understand this. If your ferry arrives later than expected we will adjust your pickup time whenever possible. This applies only when the delay is caused by the ferry company or external conditions and when you provide timely updates. Ferry delays do not result in cancellation fees.

Will the driver wait for me at the meeting point?

Yes. Your driver will be waiting at the agreed location and will hold or display your name or reference number. The driver remains on site for a reasonable period of time after the scheduled arrival. If no communication is received and the passenger does not appear this is considered a no show and the service may be fully charged.

What type of vehicle will be used for my transfer?

Our fleet consists of modern comfortable and clean vehicles selected to provide a smooth safe and quiet ride across Andros. All vehicles are carefully maintained air conditioned and equipped to ensure a pleasant journey. As our service grows we will continue to add new models that meet the same high standards of comfort and hospitality.

How many passengers can travel in one vehicle?

Vehicle capacity depends on the specific model assigned to your transfer. All vehicles accommodate typical passenger needs and luggage for island travel. If you are traveling with large suitcases or special equipment please inform us during your booking so we can arrange the appropriate vehicle.

Can I change the pickup time or destination after booking?

Yes. You may request changes by contacting us as early as possible. We will do our best to adjust your booking depending on availability. Modifications are confirmed only by written message from our team.

Is it possible to book a transfer from any location in Andros?

Yes. We operate transfers from Gavrio Port hotels apartments villas and all popular beaches and villages across the island. You can choose any available pickup and drop off point in our system.

Do you provide child seats?

Yes. Child seats and booster seats can be arranged upon request. Please specify the age of the child so we can provide the correct type of seat.

Is payment required during the booking process?

Yes. Full prepayment is required to confirm every reservation. This ensures that your vehicle and driver are allocated and your transfer is fully secured. Payment is completed during the online booking process and you receive instant confirmation by email. There are no additional or hidden fees beyond the amount shown at the time of booking.

What is included in the transfer price?

The price includes the transportation service for the selected route, luggage handling, and all operational costs. There are no hidden fees. The final total is shown clearly during the booking process.

How early should I arrive at the pickup point?

You only need to be at the meeting point at the scheduled time. Your driver will be there waiting for you and ready to assist with your luggage.

What should I do if I cannot find my driver?

If you cannot locate your driver please contact us immediately using the phone number provided in your confirmation email. Our team will assist you quickly.

Can I request a transfer for large groups?

Group transfers are possible depending on availability. Please contact us in advance with your group size and luggage details so we can arrange an appropriate solution.
