Escape Andros Transfers provides pre-arranged passenger transfer services across the island of Andros. Our services include, but are not limited to:

• Private point-to-point transfers
• Port, hotel, villa, and designated location transfers
• Group and family transfers
• Scheduled or on-demand transfer services

All transfers are provided with licensed vehicles and professional drivers, according to availability and booking details.

2. Booking and Confirmation

To complete a booking, customers must provide accurate and complete information, including:

• Passenger name and contact details
• Pickup and drop-off locations
• Date and estimated time of transfer
• Number of passengers and luggage

A booking is considered confirmed only after written or electronic confirmation is issued by Escape Andros Transfers.

3. Pricing and Payments

All prices are quoted in advance and include applicable local taxes, unless otherwise stated. Prices are based on the information provided at the time of booking.

Additional charges may apply in cases such as:

• Excess waiting time beyond the agreed pickup window
• Unannounced additional stops or route changes
• Extra luggage or special equipment not declared at booking

Payment terms will be clearly communicated during the booking process.

4. Cancellations and Modifications

Cancellations and booking modifications are subject to the terms outlined in our Cancellation Policy.

Depending on the timing of the cancellation, fees may apply. No-shows or late cancellations may result in partial or full charges.

5. Passenger Responsibilities

Passengers are required to:

• Arrive at the agreed pickup point on time
• Follow driver instructions for safety
• Behave respectfully during the transfer

Escape Andros Transfers reserves the right to refuse service in cases of inappropriate behavior or safety concerns.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

While we make every effort to provide punctual service, we are not responsible for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including:

• Weather conditions
• Traffic congestion or road closures
• Ferry or transport schedule changes
• Actions of public authorities

7. Luggage and Special Requests

Standard luggage allowances apply. Oversized, excess, or special luggage must be declared at the time of booking.

Special requests such as child seats or specific vehicle types are subject to availability and must be confirmed in advance.

8. Liability

Escape Andros Transfers is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings unless caused by proven negligence.

Passengers may be held financially responsible for any damage caused to vehicles due to negligence or misconduct.

9. Privacy and Data Protection

All personal data collected during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws.

10. Complaints and Claims

Any complaints or claims must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the completed transfer. We will review and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Greek law. Any disputes arising from the use of our services shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts in Greece.

12. Amendments

Escape Andros Transfers reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated versions will be published on the website and apply to all future bookings.
